Academy by Healthcare Logic
UX/UI Design Lead
The Academy was a self-service support, learning and community DXP designed to service the rapidly growing user base of their healthcare analytics software and reduce the burden on customer service resources.
Design features were developed around personalized user journeys created directly from user research.
The platform was designed to fit the current state of support, education and community content for the business, but also to be scalable for the planned future state of content creation.
NSW Department of Education
School Website Service
UX/UI Design Lead
School Website Service is an AEM hosted website builder provided by the Department for NSW Schools.
I have lead the design of many new components for this special project which serves over 2200 schools and over 1 million users.
The challenge was to create highly useable components for school administrators, teachers, and parents/carers and students, across web, tablet and mobile.
All components are designed to comply with AAA accessibility guidelines, regardless of the colour options, images and fonts chosen by the user.
Healthcare Logic

This re-design and expansion of the homesite coincided with a strategic shift within this enterprise healthcare analytics software company. Our goal was to forefront the value proposition of their software and clarify messaging around its applications.
We came up with many unique ways to visually describe complicated software applications and a large breadth of possible use cases.
The site was an opportunity to reduce burden on sales and marketing teams by providing a self-service way for interested users to understand the key features before initial contact.
BookWorm
Product Designer
BookWorm is an audiobook app for... well, Bookworms!
Unlike existing audiobook apps, BookWorm is designed to provide the book audio and text in tandem. Extensive research revealed this to be a much desired feature in the book community.
One of the many features designed out of my extensive research findings was in-app author video events, where users can submit questions to be answered by their favourite authors.
This and many other app features were created with a content strategy aimed at the untapped "book nerd" market in the audiobook sphere.
MilestonePay
UX/UI Designer
Milestone Pay is a B2B SAAS platform offering business management tools aimed at small businesses and freelancers.
With a team, I was tasked to design a brand new "workflow management" tool to add to their suite.
Through one-on-one interviews, online surveys and desktop research the team landed on three different popular kinds of workflow tools.
Our innovative solution was to build one tool that organised your workflow tasks in three different ways, so the user could view their workflow in the way that was most useful for their project.
CharityBay.org
UX/UI Designer
CharityBay is an e-commerce marketplace with a social conscience, offering users the opportunity to donate a portion of their transaction to local charities.
Our team was asked to 1) reduce friction in the buyer journey on the site, and 2) improve the messaging around social consciousness.
My specific contributions included a "donations counter" in a prominent homepage position above the fold, the development of a "heart in hand" donation icon throughout the buyer journey, and a product card re-design to spotlight the products in a more appealing fashion.
